Dies ist immer dann m\u00f6glich, wenn Sie oder der andere Elternteil eine Unterhaltsverpflichtung nicht zu mindestens 75 Prozent erf\u00fcllt hat oder aufgrund mangelnder Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit keine Unterhaltspflicht vorgelegen hat.<\/p>\n<p>Auch k\u00f6nnen Sie als leibliche Eltern mit Hilfe der Anlage K Kinderfreibetr\u00e4ge auf Gro\u00dfeltern oder Stiefeltern \u00fcbertragen.<\/p>\n<h2>Ausf\u00fcllhilfe zur Anlage K<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Antragstellende Person<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wenn Sie die Anlage K einreichen m\u00f6chten, tragen Sie in diesem Teil Ihre pers\u00f6nlichen Daten ein.
